Proposed creditors winding up

Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies Jersey Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at St Pauls Centre, Dumaresq St, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3RL on 25 October 2023 at 10:30am.

A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the people nominated by the Company to be Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up, Alan John Roberts and James Richard Pirie of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET, will be proposed.

Only those parties that have a valid claim against the Company will be admitted to the meeting. Should you wish to attend the meeting or verify whether you are a creditor email JerseyReds@gt-ci.com.
