Application pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fidéicommis et l’incorporation d’associations

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et l'incorporation d'associations, Lymphoedema Jersey (an incorporated Association established under this law) proposes, by an application to the Royal Court on Friday 10 November 2023, to dissolve the Association and to sanction the transfer of the remaining assets of the Association to After Breast Cancer Support Group, Jersey Children’s Charity and Family Nursing and Home Care (Jersey) Incorporated.

The members of the Association have already voted at an Extraordinary General Meeting to dissolve the Association. 

Any person who wishes to object to the application may do so by lodging notice of such objection with the Honorary Secretary, Jane Unwin by no later than Friday 3 November 2023.
