Notice of liquidator’s appointment

Pursuant to Section 203(3) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004

The directors of Marbella RE Group Limited, with BC# 1843148 and validly existing under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, hereby notify that Harry Thompson of Harbour House, PO Box 4428, Tortola, British Virgin Islands were appointed as a voluntary liquidator pursuant to a directors’ resolution dated 11 October 2023 and that the directors have the authority under the memorandum and articles of association of the Company.

The directors further confirm that the members of the company have approved the Liquidation Plan.
