Notice of Bankruptcy 

Woodpeckers Fun Club Ltd (the Company) whose registered office is 4 Le Clos Orange, St Brelade, JE3 8GU

The property of the Company was declared en désastre (bankrupt) by Act of the Royal Court dated 14 October 2022.

Creditors are required to write to the Viscount’s Department, by no later than 23 November 2022, with full details of their claims, together with copies of supporting documentation.  Failure to do so will result in the creditor being excluded from any distribution of the assets.

Any creditor who claims that: 

  • any amount due to them ranks for payment in priority to any other debts
  • they have a surety (caution), guarantee, hypothec, security interest or other charge affecting the property of the Company, and/or
  • they have a claim for the repossession of goods
  • must provide details in their statement of claim and provide copies of all relevant supporting documentation

All persons who owe debts to the Company are required to pay the amounts due to the Viscount’s Department in full by no later than 23 November 2022.
