​Notice is hereby given that Manuka Holdings Limited (Company Number 99768) (“the Company”) intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for authorisation to seek continuance as a body incorporated under the laws of New Zealand.

Any creditor of the Company who wishes to object to the application may do so by lodging notice of such objection at the Company’s registered office at 3rd Floor Charter Place, 23-27 Seaton Place, St. Helier, Jersey JE4 0WH within 21 days of this publication of this notice.
