Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company was held on 25 June 2020 at which a Special Resolution was passed that the Company be subject to a creditors' winding up. At a duly convened meeting of the creditors called under Article 160 of the Companies Oersey) Law 1991 Alan John Roberts and James Robert Toynton of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors under Article 161 thereof.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before the 28 August 2020 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above mentioned dire.
