Waste Application, for a Waste Management Licence, Operations and Transport Incinerator

​​Waste Management (Jersey) Law, 2005 Article 17

Notice is hereby given that the following proposal for a waste management licence is to be considered and determined by the Minister:

Any person who wishes to make representations under Article 17 (Waste Management (Jersey) Law 2005) should do so in writing or email to the Minister at the address below. 

All representations must be received no later than 28 days from the date of this notice, quoting the application reference. 

The proposals can be inspected on the Waste Application, transfer of a Waste Management Licence, Operations and Transport Incinerator consultation.

Copies of representations received will be passed to the applicant and may be published online.
