Notice to creditors of the above-named company (Company) of its intention to apply for continuance out of Jersey into the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Notice is hereby given that after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this notice the Company intends to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission (the JSFC) in accordance with Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the Companies Law) for authorisation to seek continuance in the Principality of Liechtenstein, with a view to the Company being removed from the records of the Companies Registry of the JFSC and becoming incorporated under the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein (the Continuance).

Any creditor of the Company who objects to the Continuance may, within 21 days after date of this notice appearing as an advertisement in the Jersey Gazette, give notice of his or her objection to the Company at 95 Mortimer Street, London W1W 7GB.

A creditor who gives notice in accordance with paragraph 127(R)(2)(d) of the Companies Law and whose claim against the Company has not been discharged may, within 21 days after the date of this notice, apply to the Royal Court of Jersey (the Court) for an order restraining the application by the Company under Article 127T of the Companies Law to the JFSC and if satisfied that the interests of the creditor would be unfairly prejudiced by the proposed Continuance the Court may make such an order (subject to such terms, if any, as it may think fit).
