Notice to creditors of the above-named company (Company) of its intention to apply for continuance out of Jersey into the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Notice is hereby given that after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this notice the Company intends to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission (the JSFC) in accordance with Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the Companies Law) for authorisation to seek continuance in the Principality of Liechtenstein, with a view to the Company being removed from the records of the Companies Registry of the JFSC and becoming incorporated under the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein (the Continuance).
