Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Limited Partnership Agreement (“LPA”) and subsequent amendment and restatement of the LPA, it was resolved that the Partnership be dissolved and that the Alan John Roberts and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes be appointed Liquidating Trustees.

All persons having claims against the Partnership are required to submit details thereof to the Liquidating Trustee before 2 June 2022, and all persons indebted to the Partnership are required to settle with the Partnership by the above mentioned date.

The Partnership is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
