Description: Various internal and external alterations to include : Replace 5no. rooflights with conservation rooflights, 3no. doors and 9no windows to West elevation. Replace 1no. rooflight with conservation rooflight and 2no. windows to East elevation. Replace 2no. windows to North elevation. Render granite wall with lime mortar, insulate roof and reinstate existing slates , install new ridge tiles and lead flashings. Replace existing UPVC gutters and downpipes with galvanised / aluminium, replace UPVC fascia boards with painted hardwood timber fascia boards, line existing external walls internally with tanking membrane and insulate internally.
