2022 Rate Demands

Rate Demands for 2022 have now been sent to all St Brélade ratepayers.

Any ratepayer who has not received a rate demand should contact the Connétable immediately. By virtue of this Notice each ratepayer shall be taken to have received a demand for payment of rate and it shall not be an excuse for non-payment that it was not received.

You must pay the rate on demand even if a review or appeal application has still to be determined.  

A surcharge of 10% will be added to all amounts not paid within 3 months of the date of the bill (4pm Wednesday 19 October 2022).

Further reminders will not be sent.
