Please note that the property forms part of the Parish residential home and there is currently ongoing refurbishment work being undertaken to the Care home; the tenant is to be mindful that there maybe some disturbances due to the ongoing refurbishment work.

The prospective tenant is to be aware that they must allow access to the property for the Parish appointed contractors to undertake some key works as part of the on-going refurbishment of St Ewolds. This will be pre-arranged with the tenant:

  • there will be a requirement for contractors to access the flat to install a new wireless fire detection system – access into the property must be provided by the lessee
  • there will be a requirement for the contractor to access the property to complete the sprinkler system installation

The tenant will behave in a manner that is conducive to living adjacent to a residential home, failure to do so will result in the lease being terminated.

The Parish is not responsible for the existing or any new flooring.
