Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies Jersey Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET on 31 March 2023 at 11.45am. 

A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the people nominated by the Company to be Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up, Alan John Roberts of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ET and Henry Shinners of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG, will be proposed.
