A vacancy has arisen at Maison Le Marquand for a 1 and a half bedroom first floor flat. 

Applicants must be:

  • a couple
  • aged 60 and over
  • residentially qualified and able to live independently as no nursing care is provided

The rent is subject to annual reviews and inclusive of heat, water and parking.

Preference will be given to applicants with connections to the Parish of St Peter, but all applications are welcome.

Application forms are available from the Parish Hall during office hours and must be completed and returned by Friday 28 July 2023.
