Notice is hereby given that the following proposal for a waste management licence is to be considered and determined by the Minister for the Environment:

Any person who wishes to make representations under Article 17 (Waste Management (Jersey) Law 2005) should do so in writing or email to the Minister at the address below. All representations must be achieved no later than 7 days following the period for inspection (up to 28 days from the date of this notice), quoting the application reference.
The proposals can be inspected free of charge at online for a period of 21 days following the date of this notice.
Copies of representations received will be passed to the applicant and may be published online.
