Under the Ministerial Decisions, there is a decision which can be found at the following link which states that financial implications can be found in the accompanying report. However if you click into this report, it only contains a map and absolutely no other information. Can you please supply the missing information? This is in regard to International House.

There is another ministerial decision entry which states that the financial implications are in the attached report. However again there is no such detail. Can you please provide the financial implication for the following which refers to Trinity House?

As stated on Ministerial Decision MD-PH-2017-0016, in relation to the proposed lease of the First Floor of International House, the accompanying written report is exempt under Clause QE Article 33 (b).

As stated on Ministerial Decision MD-PH-2017-0015, in relation to the proposed renewal of lease of the First Floor of Trinity House, the accompanying written report is exempt under Clause QE Article 33 (b).

Exemption and Justification applied:

Article 33 - Commercial interests

Information is qualified exempt information if –

(a) it constitutes a trade secret; or

(b) its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of a person (including the scheduled public authority holding the information).

Justification for the exemption

The information is of significant commercial value and its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of the third party and the scheduled public authority.

Therefore we consider it would not be in the public interest to release this information at this time and this exemption should be maintained.
