As at 1 January 2023, what was the total cost of the HCS administration and management in 2022, compared against the same HCS Management and administrative costs and period in 2018? Please produce a comparative table for each speciality.

Within Health and Community Services (HCS), administrative staff deliver clinical support administration essential for the provision of clinical services.

Please note, the percentage expenditure figures provided in the table by area show the percentage of each areas budget spent on management and administration respectively, whereas the total figure represents the percentage spend on management and administration respectively from the full HCS budget.
