The number of individuals discharged from Jersey General Hospital to a Nursing Home or Residential Care Home bed each month, from March 2025 to April 2025, are detailed in the table below. Figures represent unique patients discharged in each month, and include those discharged back to a care home as their usual place of residence.

As noted in a Freedom of Information response published to www.gov.je in April 2025, which provided similar data for the 18-month period from September 2023 to February 2025, it is not possible to report upon open referrals or referrals to a care home which were not accepted or otherwise unsuccessful from the Patient Administration System.
