Under the terms of FOI I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of your last and most recent ‘Annual Guardian of Safe Working Report’. If this is available on your Website I would be grateful if you could provide me with the link to this.

The most recent Guardian of Safe Working report available upon receipt of this request, completed February 2025, is attached below. The document has been prepared for disclosure in consideration of Freedom of Information legislation. Personally identifiable information of individuals, including Government of Jersey employees below Tier 2, has been redacted in line with Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011. Redactions based on this exemption are shown in yellow.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.​​
