The Children and Families Hub team can provide advice and support to you and your family.
This can include working with you directly and coordinating with other children and family organisations to give the right help at the right time.
Most of the services provided are free and we'll work alongside you to address any challenges you and your family have.

Courses for parents and carers
We offer in-person or online group courses for parents and carers living in Jersey.
Our courses help you develop the skills and strategies to:
- raise happy, confident children
- build a positive relationship between you and your child
- manage behaviour in a positive way
- set rules and routines
- take care of yourself as a parent
- feel confident in the decisions you’re making

There are many childcare options in Jersey including:

The Childcare and Early Years Service is responsible for registering childcare providers and undertakes quality and compliance reviews.

Jersey Childcare trust (JCCT)
The Jersey Association of Child Carers is an organisation supporting childminders and parents. It has a full list of childminders, including vacancies.
Jersey Association of Child Carers (J.A.C.C.)
If your child has a disability and is unable to attend mainstream activities, we co-ordinate targeted short break opportunities for children aged from 4 to 18.
This is provided by Centrepoint Trust and Youth Service, and includes:
- weekends
- after school
- school holidays
