How you can recycle glass bottles and jars

Before recycling your glass:

  • rinse all glass items
  • remove corks, caps or lids
  • remove plastic labels (paper labels can be left on)

Metal lids from glass bottles or jars can go in the metals recycling.

If your Parish has a household glass collection, you can recycle your glass using your own glass recycling bin.

If the glass is broken or you need assistance, ask a member of staff for help.
