About the consultation

​In order to improve road safety for pedestrians using Midvale Road, the Government of Jersey, in conjunction with the parish of St Helier and the States of Jersey Development Company (SoJDC), is proposing the following changes:

  • widen pavements on both sides of the road
  • make the road one way in a south bound direction
  • reduce carriageway width at junctions
  • create 3 raised tables along the length of the road
