About the consultation

​This consultation paper sets out the Minister for Planning and Environment’s proposals for the contents of a planning brief that will help to guide the regeneration and development of the Summerland and Ambulance Headquarters sites at Rouge Bouillon, St Helier, should they be released from their current uses.

The purpose of the brief is to establish general development principles and guidelines that should be considered when preparing detailed proposals for redevelopment.

The Minister would like to hear the views of those interested in and affected by the proposed guidelines.
