Review of unguarded commercial dough mixers

The Health and Safety Inspectorate has recently undertaken a targeted initiative to review the provision of guarding to commercial dough mixers used in hotel kitchens.

The interlocked guard prevents access to the dangerous moving parts when a machine is in use.
