Thorough examination and test of lifts

We're aware that there is some confusion regarding the legal requirements relating to the thorough examination and testing of new or amended lift installations. 

The guidance on the Lifts (Jersey) Regulations 1990 has been updated to clarify the legal requirements. You can find the guidance and the regulations below.
