Slips and trips eLearning tool

Falls on the same level, commonly known as slips and trips, were the cause of 10% of all accidents reported to the Health and Safety Inspectorate in 2015.

The STEP tool is a free eLearning package developed by the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE). It provides slips and trips guidance through interactive learning. Each course contains three levels, with the introductory level taking 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

This online training package is an easy way to learn about the cause and prevention of slips and trips and a useful training aid.

To reduce accidents you will also need to take action in your workplace.
