Update on enforcement notices issued

Details of the enforcement notices served by health and safety inspectors are published on the website twice a year.

Health and safety inspectors can serve a prohibition notice when they identify that there is a breach of health and safety legislation which is placing people at risk of serious personal injury. 

Inspectors can also serve an improvement notice whe​n they identify a failure to meet the requirements of the law but no immediate risk of injury as a result.
