What you'll need to set up your JerseyMe To set up your JerseyMe ID, you'll need:
a valid passport a mobile phone a personal email address (only you can access it, not a shared or family email) a device that has a working camera and microphone Create a JerseyMe ID

To set up your JerseyMe at the Broad Street Post Office, you'll need to take your valid passport and mobile phone with you.

You don't need an appointment to use the drop in service at the Post Office.
Lost JM number or PIN reset If you’ve lost or forgotten your JM number, you can get it back by resetting the PIN for your JerseyMe account.
You don’t need to know your old PIN to reset it. You can set a new one using the email address you registered with.
To reset your JerseyMe PIN:
go to reset your JerseyMe PIN enter the email address you originally registered with check your emails for the reset message and follow the link provided create a new PIN when prompted. You can use your same old PIN The email you’ll receive will confirm your new PIN and also show your JM number.
If you don't have a passport If you don't have a valid passport, you can visit the Customer Hub at Union Street for support.
To set up your JerseyMe at the Customer Hub you'll need to take your mobile phone with you to access your personal emails, and a suitable combination of valid, current and original documents (photocopies or documents printed from the internet are not acceptable).
Acceptable document combinations There are three routes to the non-passport verification process which requires a combination of documents (shown in the table below).
Route 1 One document from Group 1 Two further documents from Group 1, Group 2a or Group 2b At least one document must show your current address Route 2
(if Route 1 is not possible)
One document from Group 2a Two further documents from Group 2a or 2b Route 3
(if Routes 1 and 2 are not possible)
Birth certificate (Channel Islands, UK, Isle of Man) One document from Group 2a Three further documents from Group 2a or 2b At least one document must show your current address
