To make sure your information is kept safe and secure, you'll need to prove your identity to access some of our online services. For example, you can complete your tax return, apply for your registration card or update your contact details by verifying your identity with us online.
To verify your identity you'll need to set up a digital ID using either JerseyMe or Yoti to log into your onegov account.

One.gov.je is our online customer portal designed to provide you with easy access to Government of Jersey and parish online services.
Most of our online services don't require you to verify your identity to access them, but some of our online services, like the personal income tax return form, do.

Once you've set up your digital ID you can access your onegov account at
one.gov.je. It's simple, free and only takes a few minutes. Once you've logged in to your account you can:
- access verified online services
- manage your own details
- view your online account history
- pre-fill forms with your contact details
- choose to receive alerts or notifications
