Plemont Holiday Village - proposed and existing site plan

Site plan: proposed and existing

The proposed planning application for Plémont Bay Holiday Village comprises of 28 units in total and includes:

  • demolition of existing buildings on the site
  • removal of hard-standings
  • replacement of existing manager's bungalow and staff cottage with 2 x 4 bedroom houses
  • construction of 26 new homes

The breakdown of residential units is described as follows:

  • 2 x 4 bedroom houses (replacing existing dwellings)
  • 12 x 3 bedroom houses
  • 9 x 4 bedroom houses
  • 5 x 5 bedroom houses

Plans will also include:

  • access roads
  • garden areas next to the houses
  • landscaping

Proposed buildings will be of traditional style within 3 clusters.
