Resurfacing of St Saviour's Road starts Sunday 23 July

The Department for Infrastructure will be starting the resurfacing project in and around St Saviour’s Road this Sunday.

The project is being undertaken in sections over the coming weeks. The work will start Sunday 23 July with the closure of the junction of La Rue le Masurier and St. Saviour’s Road, then on Monday and Tuesday with the closure of St Saviour’s Road between la Rue le Masurier and Wellington Road.

The work will also include a period when St Saviour’s Road will become two-way.

Motorists are requested to drive slowly in the area during this period and be mindful of pedestrians. There will be a temporary reduction in speed limit while the work is ongoing.

 Up to date information on current work location and traffic management, and the plans for the forthcoming few days, will be available on www.gov.je.

 Buses will be diverted and some stops suspended, more information will be on www.libertybus.je.
