An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of Trinity will be held in the Parish Hall on Thursday 11 December 2025 at 7pm to:

  • receive and, if deemed appropriate, approve the minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 30 October 2025 
  • in accordance with Article 32 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005 to elect a member of the Assessment Committee to serve for three years from 1 January 2026
  • receive an update on the proposed extension to the Parish Hall Office and to agree a budget, to be transferred from reserves, to appoint a Structural Engineer and an Architect to progress the project
  • consider the appointment of and agree a budget, to be transferred from reserves, for a Surveyor to prepare a survey plan for Field T817 to enable a future Parish Assembly to consider options for the site
  • to receive a verbal report on drainage repairs at the Parish Hall

Copies of the previous minutes to be approved will be available in draft from the Parish Hall, during office hours, from 9am on Monday 8 December 2025, and immediately prior to the Assembly on Thursday 11 December 2025.
