​Notice is hereby given by Red 8 Dragon Limited ("the Company") pursuant to article 158(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that the following special resolution of the shareholders of the Company was passed on 19 April 2024:

  • ​that the Company be wound up by means of a creditors' winding up pursuant to Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended
  • that Geoff Bouchier of Kroll Advisory Ltd., The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and Clive Le Marquand of PKF BBA Limited, 9 Bond Street, St​ Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE2 3NP be nominated as Joint Liquidators of the Company
