Notice is hereby given that an Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Mary will be held at St Mary’s Parish Hall on Monday 6 November at 7.15pm to conduct the following business:

  1. receive and, if approved, adopt the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on Thursday 20 July 2023.
  2. in accordance with Article 32 of the Rates (Jersey) Law, 2005, elect a Rates Assessor for a 3 year term commencing 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026.
  3. to ratify the appointment of officers elected at the St Mary’s Youth and Community AGM.
