Notice is hereby given that on 10 January 2024 a special resolution was duly passed by the members of Safestyle UK Plc (the “Company”) placing the Company into creditors’ winding up under Chapter 4 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991.  

At a duly convened meeting of the creditors on 10 January 2024, called in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, Louis Leonard Gerber and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8WQ and David Standish of Interpath Limited, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB were appointed joint liquidators (the “Joint Liquidators”) of the Company purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account of their name, address and particulars of their claim with supporting documentation to the Joint Liquidators on or before 31 January 2024.
