Pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et l’incorporation d'associations, Victim Support Jersey (an incorporated Association established under this Law) proposes, by an application to the Royal Court on Friday 28 January 2022, to dissolve the Association.

There are no remaining funds to be distributed or immovable property held.

The functions of the Association going forward are to be integrated with and undertaken by Victims First Jersey, a new independent Government funded body with the same or similar objectives. The members of the Association have already voted at an Extraordinary General Meeting to dissolve the association.

Any person who wishes to object to the application or proposals may do so by lodging notice of such objection to the Chief Probation Officer, Mike Cutland, by no later than close of business on the 24 January 2022.
