​​​An Assembly of Principals, Officers and Electors of the Parish of St Mary will be held in the Parish Hall on Wednesday 28 May at 7.30pm to:

  • receive and if approved, adopt the Minutes of the previous Ecclesiastical Assembly held on 20 May 2024 and the outstanding Minutes from 2022
  • approve, if deemed advisable, the Churchwardens’ Accounts for the year 2024-2025, previously examined by the Committee appointed for the purpose
  • elect Church Officers for the year 2025-2026
  • elect a committee to examine the Churchwardens’ Accounts for the financial year 2025-2026
  • to agree the sale of the surplus Parish silverware
  • conduct the sale of Froments
