St Mary Ecclesiastical Assembly

​An Assembly of Principals, Officers and Electors of the Parish of St Mary will be held in the Parish Hall on Friday 14 November at 7.30pm to: 

1. receive and if approved, adopt the Minutes of the previous Ecclesiastical Assembly  held on 28 May 2025
2. receive a proposition to fit a handrail to two walls of the Church toilet in order to assist disabled people, and if so agreed, to approve the same
3. receive a proposition to carry out internal works to be detailed at the meeting, to a storage area on the north side of the north aisle within the church to protect stored linen altar frontals from damp, and if so agreed, to approve the same​​
4. receive a proposition to remove two redundant wooden benches from the walls of the choir vestry, and if so agreed, to approve the same
5. to instruct the Rector and Churchwardens to apply for a faculty from the Ecclesiastical Court in respect of this work and to submit a planning application as required and if so received, to arrange for the work to be undertaken as per the estimate
