Notice is hereby given that Pepper Properties Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation) (the Company") duly passed written Special Resolutions, placing the Company in summary winding up with effect from 5 May 2022 in accordance with the provisions of Part 21 Chapter 2 Articles 145-154 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, and Sharifah Morris of Solve Limited was appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

Creditors having claims against the Company are required to prove their debts on or before 26 May 2022 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator.  Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
