Letters for appointments are still being sent out with instructions that in the event of queries or cancellations to ring a number. No email is given as an alternative. For members of the deaf community, for whom using a telephone is not possible, please can you tell me who should be contacted to improve matters? Preferably by email not telephone for reasons adduced above.
