Muktanshu is a consultant paediatrician, neonatologist and joint Head of Care Group (Associate Medical Director) for Women, Children and Family Care at Jersey General Hospital.

He has special interests in neonatology, acute paediatrics, paediatric respiratory and allergies.

Training

Muktanshu joined as a consultant in paediatrics and neonatology in Jersey in April 2017.

He completed his paediatric training from London and is on the GMC’s specialist register for paediatrics.

He has done his fellowship in paediatrics and neonatal intensive care at Great Ormond Street Hospital, London.

He has amassed a wealth of experience during his training rotations at the renowned NHS hospitals in London including Guys and St Thomas, St Mary’s and Hammersmith (Imperial College) and Royal London Hospital.

He has also worked at the Portland Hospital and Harley Street Clinic in London and has handled care for celebrities and their children.

He is an international faculty in neonatology, has national and international publications and has received the prestigious ‘Young investigator’s Award’ for his research at Boston, USA.
