The Patient Finance Office and Treasury Department may use your email address, if provided on the Pre-Registration/Agreement to Pay Form, to contact you for billing purposes.
To assist with queries relating to an individual episode of care or regarding charges, Health and Community Services may request or exchange information with consultants’ private rooms.
Your medical record for each admission is kept by Jersey General Hospital and your consultant. This is for your personal safety and continuity of your care on future admissions.
Your medical record forms part of an anonymised data set. This is used by Jersey General Hospital and your consultant to review practice and improve care.
