The following car parks are chargeable between 1 April and 30 September each year and free between 1 October and 31 March each year:

Season tickets
A season ticket is a calendar monthly way of paying for your long stay parking, which means you don't have to remember to buy paycards.
Cost
A season parking ticket costs £145.40 per month.
An eco-friendly season parking ticket costs £72.70 per month.

Where you can buy a season ticket
You can buy a season ticket from:
Season ticket validity
Season tickets are valid from the first day of the month until the last day of the month.
You must make sure that you display the correct season ticket from 8am on the morning of the first day of each month, otherwise you'll be issued with a parking fine.
Half permits
A monthly half permit pays for your parking for a month in one of the public car parks which are further from the centre of St Helier.
These car parks are charged at half the normal rate (one unit for up to two hours).
Half permit cost
A half permit costs £72.70 per month.
An Eco-friendly half permit costs £36.35 per month.

They can only be bought from the Parking Control Office in Sand Street car park.
Half permit validity
You must make sure that you display the correct season ticket from 8am on the morning of the first day of each month otherwise you will be issued with a parking fine.
How to display the permits
Display the season ticket / half permit on the left hand side of your windscreen, making sure that it won't fall off or slip down.
You must make sure all the details can be seen from outside the vehicle otherwise you may be issued with a parking fine.
Benefits of season tickets and half permits
You save money if you park for nine hours a day Monday to Friday, and even more if you come into St Helier on a Saturday.
It also means you don't have to use paycards or the PayByPhone app, which makes parking easier.
Lost season tickets and half permits
If you lose or damage your season ticket or half permit, you must either buy a new one or use paycards/ PaybyPhone for the rest of the month.
Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
