About the beach parking permit
You must apply for a beach parking permit to park your vehicle on the beach.
Your permit is only valid when you're using your vehicle to transport a vessel to and from the beach.
Applying for a beach parking permit is free. If you do not have a beach parking permit or breach the regulations, you will be fined up to £200.

Where you can park
You can park your vehicle and trailer on two beaches in Jersey:
- St Brelade's Bay: east of the slipway below St Brelade's Church to the white line on the sea wall
- La Haule: east of the La Haule slipway to the white line on the sea wall and below La Haule Court flats
You can only park your vehicle and trailer on specified parts of the beach.
You must display your parking permit at all times when your vehicle is parked on the beach.
