Description
| An application has been received to abstract groundwater from a borehole at the Roberts West site. If granted, the licenced quantity is not to exceed 35 cubic metres (approximately 7698 gallons) in any 24 hour period.

The application can be inspected free of charge for a period of 21 days following the date of this notice on our consultations page.
Anyone who wishes to make representations under Article 8 (Water Resources (Jersey) Law 2007) should do so in writing or by email to the Regulator at the address or email below. All representations must be received by 14 July 2020 (no later than 7 days following the period for inspection), and quoting the application reference.
Copies of representations will be passed to the applicant and may be published online. The applicant will have the right of reply to any representations. The applicant may respond to these comments by writing to the Regulator within 14 days of receipt of the copies.
No decisions will be made by the Regulator until the time limits for making comments have elapsed.
