St Ouen Rates Demands

Rate Demands for 2022 have now been sent to all St. Ouen ratepayers.

Any ratepayer who has not received a rate demand should contact the Connétable immediately. By virtue of this Notice each ratepayer shall be taken to have received a demand for payment of rate and it shall not be an excuse for non-payment that it was not received.

You must pay the rate on demand even if a review or appeal application has still to be determined.

Any rates not paid by 4pm on Monday 31 October 2022 will have a 10% surcharge added.

Further reminders will not be sent.
