The Customer and Local Services (CLS) building in La Motte Street is closed to drop-in customers.

All services are available over the phone on +44 (0)1534 444444, by email or using our online services. 

We fully appreciate how important it is to support those members of our community with more complex enquiries who may need to see someone face-to-face and our team can arrange appointments where necessary, by calling us on +44 (0)1534 444444.

To protect our customers, we are focusing on how we make services easier to access. We will only be requesting face-to-face appointments when we can't provide the service online, by email or phone.
