Customer and Local Services (CLS)

CLS brings together a wide range of front line government services to make it easy for customers. We are also responsible for delivering more services in the community and establishing a stronger relationship with Parishes and the voluntary sector

How to access Customer and Local Services

You can book an appointment with our service hubs:

  • business hub (starting or ending a business, running a business or staff recruitment)
  • pensions and care hub  (age related benefits, long term care and income support)
  • work and family hub  (income support, student finance, health benefits, impairments and contributions)
  • service hub (new resident registration and registration cards)
