Members of the public were able to submit comments on the report over a two-week period after the report was published. Comments made to the report can be found in the Minister’s response. Whilst the Minister has provided a further response to the comments made in relation to the methodology report, it should be noted that this has not been accepted by the Inspectors as a formal further representation, given it was provided after the consultation window had closed.
