According to the States' code of conduct for employees, a gifts and hospitality register should be maintained by Departments in which entries will be made of gifts and hospitality received by departmental officers which have been approved by the Head of Department.
Please could I have a copy of that register for the last five years, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010. Broken down by department I would like it to include details of the gift or hospitality, reason for it, date received and value along with details of who received it and from whom. If an officer's name cannot be included please include job title or a general description of their position.
