On the 24th April 2015, the States of Jersey made a public sector pay announcement. It stated that "all public sector workers (excluding nurses and midwives)" will not receive a cost of living increase.
Please can you confirm that the term "all public sector workers" INCLUDES those appointments in non executive and legal departments such as the Bailiff, Deputy Bailiff, Attorney General, Solicitor General, Lieutenant Governor and any other Crown appointments.
Pay for these roles is determined by the SEB (States Emplyment Board), hence the announcement made on 24th April 2015 applies in full to the named posts.
